We are thrilled to welcome you to our upcoming season of the Played with Heart Golf Girls League at Horseshoe Bend Country Club!

Goal: Our goal for the Played with Heart Golf Girls League is to introduce girls to golf in a fun and girl-friendly fashion, while nurturing a community where they can learn and grow together, alongside other girls. We are passionate about one generation leading the next, so our league is led by female professional golfers and college players, providing opportunities for mentorship, empowerment, and camaraderie.

League Overview: Participants will learn and compete in a team setting on the practice facilities at Horseshoe Bend CC. We will begin with group instruction before breaking into teams, each led by one of our coaches. Each session will include instruction, team practice and friendly competitions. The Fall Season comprises five sessions on Sundays starting September 7th.

Objective: The objective of our program is to teach girls the game of golf from the green backward, gradually building their skills and understanding of the game. Weekly sessions focus on fundamental techniques, covering areas like putting, chipping, fairway play, tee shots, scoring, and golf etiquette. Moreover, participants will form lasting connections and learn alongside their friends.

Ages: Girls ages 4 to 10 years old

The Golf Girls League is open to both members and nonmembers of Horseshoe Bend CC.

*Registration is open now through August 24th. Registration is limited to 28 participants. Once our league is full, we will close registration.

Fall Season Schedule: Join us for our upcoming Fall Season, featuring sessions on the following dates:

Session 1: Sunday, September 7, 2025, at 1:00pm Uniform Distribution, Pictures, & Introductory Session
Session 2: Sunday, September 21, 2025, at 2:00pm
Session 3: Sunday, October 5, 2025, at 2:00pm
Session 4: Sunday, October 19, 2025, at 2:00pm
Session 5: Sunday, November 2, 2025, at 2:00pm

*Check-in will be from 1:45pm to 2:00pm prior to each session. Golf will take place from 2pm to 3pm. Please arrive during the check-in window as we will begin promptly and want to maximize golf time!

Note for Session 1: Session 1 will be a different than the rest as it is an introductory session. We will distribute team uniforms and have individual/team photo opportunities (during check-in/registration) in addition to golf. For Session 1 only, registration/check-in will take place from 1:00pm to 1:45pm. Session 1 golf will be held from 2pm to 3pm.

What if I don't have golf clubs?

No worries! Bring your clubs if you have them, but we will also provide golf clubs for those who need them.

What if I can't attend every session?

While we encourage attendance at all sessions, we understand scheduling conflicts may arise. Just let us know in advance if you'll miss a session.
